@NickyCurly @ConEdison I asked if they would reimburse & the guy told me I wasn’t guaranteed to get it back but to fill out a form online. I look and it’s for groceries. I said have you ever seen someone get a hotel reimbursed off this form? He goes, “no”. If he was in front of me, I’d snapped his neck

1) Since complaining to @ConEdison yielded no results, here is the story for public consumption. After an emergency, ConEd responded and was forced to move vehicles out of the way. They use subcontractors for this purpose. At first all I see is someone breaking into my car.

@ConEdison I DM'd you. The adjusted bills retroactively added to my account don't appear to reflect the $530 I paid against the original bills. Even so, I don't understand how I'd owe hundreds of dollars more, especially when the studio was vacant for 4 months. Please help me!
