We are thrilled with Dogtopia! We use both their daycare, and, occasionally, their overnight care when we are both out of town. We also get Buckley groomed every two weeks.They are efficient and organized. Love that they come to the car (even during rain and snowstorms) with their concierge drop-off and pick-up. Buckley likes all the canine coaches (but has a super soft spot for Nadia!)Dogtopia was our first stop for doggy daycare and we've never gone anywhere else.The staff are friendly and courteous -- Buckley is good hands!

I know my dog is safe and well taken care of when she’s there for daycare and/or boarding. The staff is friendly and definitely about the dogs!I also enjoy being able to have visibility of playrooms and outdoors! And most important, my dog loves it and comes home tired! I appreciate the webcams that allow me to check-in during my pup's stay. He seemed safe and well-tended while he was with you.I have one thing to add: I never saw anyone pet mine or any of the pups while in the toyroom. Maybe this happens when the cameras are off, but I know I asked if the dogs are given touch and individual attention at times and I was told "They are well taken care of." I guess I asked the wrong question. And I know the people in the room with the dogs are busy since there are so many dogs each day. The cleanliness is appreciated very much.As I said, my dog seemed well cared for but he also lost some spirit a few days in and a loving cuddle might have helped him. He did come home to me safely and for that I am grateful.
